Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if a product is found to be defective or if an error was made on our part. All claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order and must include clear proof of the issue. Outside of these circumstances, refunds and exchanges are not accepted.

Please note that Unarchived is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur during the shipping process. Ownership of the items transfers to the customer upon dispatch, and we are not liable for the care, handling, or condition of the items thereafter.

For hand-distressed items, please be aware that each piece is uniquely crafted. While we aim to closely replicate the item as pictured, slight variations are part of the customization process and reflect the creative discretion of our distressing team.
